Acquisition Annoucement

In March 2007 Ellavale Engineering was acquired by Monadelphous Group, an ASX top 200 company.

From 1st August 2008 Ellavale Engineering was re-branded, operating under the Monadelphous name. As a specialist provider of dragline and shovel shutdown and maintenance services, Ellavale Engineering was integrated into the Monadelphous Maintenance and Industrial Services Division.

To provide total maintenance solutions to the growing coal market, Monadelphous Group expanded its NSW regional operations with facilities now established in Mt Thorley, Muswellbrook and Gunnedah.
